Delivery
Delivery of ordered products is done by Gedarata Meats Delivery Service, therefore within the following estimated terms:
– Within 24 hours – for orders placed before 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday within 25Km from our warehouse located at Malabe, Sri Lanka.
– Within 48 hours – for orders placed before 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, for more remote or difficult to reach areas within 50Km from our warehouse located at Malabe, Sri Lanka.
– Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be delivered within a maximum of 48 hours;
– Sunday – for orders placed on Sunday will be delivered on Monday morning.
Delivery cost
The delivery cost of the products you order is determined based on the weight of the package.
For normal delivery (24-48 hours):
– Upto 10KG :- Price: Rs.200 any delivery (VAT included);
– 10KG To 25KG :- Price: Rs.250 any delivery (VAT included);
– 25KG To 50KG :- Price: Rs.300 any delivery (VAT included);
– 50KG To 100KG :- Price: Rs.400 any delivery (VAT included);
The maximum weight of the package is 100 kg. If the weight of the products ordered by you exceeds this weight, we reserve the right to deliver the products ordered to you in several packages, the delivery fee is calculated on package count.
Example: if you ordered products with a total weight of 150Kg, we will send you two packages: one of 100Kg and another one of 50Kg, and And your total delivery fee will be Rs.700 ( including VAT. )
All products are delivered in the manufacturer’s original, sealed packaging.
If you receive a failed delivery notification at the address indicated in the order, it is your responsibility to use the data received to contact the courier and arrange a new delivery.
We do not assume liability for losses that may arise due to delivery delays – if they are caused by circumstances beyond our control or in connection with which we could not take reasonable measures to prevent the delay (such as unavailability of products in manufacturers’ stocks, transport or delivery conditions, cases of force majeure, fortuitous events, etc.).
